I am very disgusted with their billing practices. I switched from one practice in the CHS system to another one. I went for my annual physical. Now they have billed me for my physical and a "New Patient" fee. Nothing additional was done because I was a new patient that was not done for my regular physical. They are billing me $166 for nothing. Beware.
Don't waste your time. Rude customer service is an understatement.
The staff is generally pleasant. Just be aware that they outsource some of their services and won't tell you that they are doing it. Don't be surprised when you receive bills from other groups for service you thought they were providing.
Thay have no fax to walmart, the staff sucks , thay don't care if you need a scrip done in a day becouse you are out , 3 days no matter what. So I have to go 3 day with out my copd meds. That sucks. Maybe I'll atop breathing and just die, 3 day wait, sorry about that. Thay are snotty on the phone, I dont care how this sounds ,its the truth. I'm finding another doctor. Use ro go to locust ,closed the doors now I go to midland and it does not come close to the service I got In locust. Thay need to close there doors.
Love this practice! I see Dr. Bowen, and my husband sees Dr. Kelley. Both have great bedside manner and are very personable. I've emailed Dr. Bowen with a couple questions and always get a quick reply. Excellent office!
